Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build a strong pipeline by qualifying inbound leads and prospecting outbound leads.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries generated from marketing campaigns
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively position our products and services
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and qualified appointments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role (preferably in B2B)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with outbound sales techniques and lead nurturing best practices
- Prior experience in SaaS or tech industry is a plus
